Refund Policy

Customer return/Changed mind

  • Returns/Exchanges. Please contact us within 30 calendar days after receiving your order in order to begin the return process
    To receive a refund/exchange all items must be in new, unwashed, and in unaltered condition.
    Order must be returned back to our location by customer. Once received a refund for the purchase price minus shipping will be refunded.
  • Refunds. Refund will be processed in the same way the purchase was made. (ie credit card refund, PayPal refund or online credit.
  • Shipping. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

   Damaged/Damaged in shipping

  • Exchange. Please contact us immediately so we can assist with exchanging or shipping a new product.
  • Shipping. We will email a shipping label to return the product back. Once received we will ship another product asap.

   Returned Mail

  • Incorrect address. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, we are not responsible for shipping cost to reship the package. We will contact you if we receive the package back to let you know of you options
  • Option 1. We will send you an invoice for the shipping costs to reship your item
  • Option 2. We will offer a refund for the purchase price minus the original shipping costs we paid to ship the order out the first time.

   Unclaimed mail

  • Refused or unclaimed mail.  If delivery is unclaimed or refused by the customer, a refund will not be completed unless the package is delivered back to Posey Pillow. If/when we do receive the package back a refund minus our shipping costs and additional fees if charged by mail carrier will be refunded.
